Before I start any commission I will communicate thoroughly with you and we will together work out the art/design you're looking for.
I will give you a quote of the cost of the work.
The quote will include all materials, travel cost and accommodation (if needed).
I ask for 50% of the total cost up front.
This is to assure the client commitment to the work and also will allow me to purchase all materials and tools needed for the job. This is not refundable.

Design and placement mockup will be included on the total quote.
3 changes to the design or placement are included in the total quote.
More changes will be additional costs and will be included in the last invoice.

If the client shares photos of my work, I ask the client to tag me.

I reserve the right to add my signature to all my work. 
I reserve the right to share photos of my work in my portfolio.
I'm happy to tag the client to any photos of the work I share if requested.

I reserve the right to break a contract if I feel the work cannot be done.
Any refund will not include any materials, tools, travel or accommodation that has already been paid for.
